Cancellation and Return Policy

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?  The easiest way to place an order with Nonna's Pasta Sauce is to do so online at or by calling our Sales team at 515-369-9175.  If you choose to order by phone, you have the option to pay over the phone as well, or pay via an electronic invoice.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER? No.  You are not required to have an account to place an order with us.  However, we do recommend creating an account prior to placing orders.  This may be helpful if you wish to track any of your orders, view previous order information, or participate in our free Tomato Rewards Loyalty and Rewards program.  You can create an account, or login to an existing account, here.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS? This depends on what your question is regarding.  General, non-emergent questions can be submitted through our online form, here.  If your question is in regards to an order, you may also use the online form, or email, directly.  Our email address for all general custom inquiries is  You can typically expect a response from our team within 24-48 hours.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER? If your order has already been shipped, we are not able to cancel or change your order.  If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at or 515-368-9175 should you need to cancel or change your order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? After placing an order online, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.  After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email; a Shipping Confirmation email that contains a tracking number.  Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update.  If you did not receive a Shipping Confirmation email, or any of these emails, or would like to to be sent again, please contact or 515-368-9175.
