Nonna's was originally founded in December of 1992 by Maureen Graziano, also known as "Nonna" under a different name. Since 1992, Nonna's has been rebranded twice.

No. Our offices located in Ankeny, IA are not open to the public. However, orders may be picked up from this location free of charge.

The Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (2004) for "FALCPA" identifies eight foods or food groups as the major food allergens. They are milk, eggs, fish (e.g., bass, flounder, cod), Crustacean shellfish (e.g., crab, lobster, shrimp), tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans), peanuts, wheat and soybeans. Yes. In fact, all of our Sauces are Nonna's are gluten-free and vegan friendly.

No. All of our Sauces are GMO free. They are also free of preservatives and any artificial flavorings.


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept product returns. That being said, if you have an issue with your order for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please see our Cancelation & Return policy for more information.

Backordering is an extremely common practice throughout retail stores and businesses selling products.  If you place an order for a product that is currently backordered, you will still receive your order but it may take some extra time. If a product is backordered, it means that product is in high-demand and we are working on making more! As soon as it becomes available, we will ship it to you. Although estimated shipping times are often provided, they are only estimates and are subject to change without notice.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Typically orders will arrive at their destination within 2 business days after being shipped. Orders are never shipped on weekends or holidays. As we complete our transition from frozen products to shelf stable products, please see our Processing and Shipping policy for more information on how we ship frozen products.
